Our suites are meticulously designed with the highest standards in mind, ensuring a professional and serene workspace. Styling suites are fully equipped with a hair wash sink and chair, alongside a high-end styling chair, ready for immediate use. Beauty suites, tailored for professionals providing skin services, include a 24-inch deep sink that meets public health requirements. Since beauty professionals often have specific preferences, we provide the essential infrastructure while allowing the flexibility to select and bring their aesthetic beds. Each suite includes individual controls for heating and air conditioning and is built with acoustic insulation to significantly reduce outside noise. Members also enjoy 24/7 secure access to their spaces, allowing them flexibility and peace of mind.

We are committed to supporting your business and making it easy.

All utilities—high heat, hydro, water, and Wi-Fi—are included in your lease. Additional benefits include free parking, an exclusive members-only lounge, and on-site laundry facilities, and is fully accessible. Our community reception area is equipped with a digital concierge and a large Wayfinder to help clients easily navigate the space and check-in. We offer social media marketing support and have an onsite library of business books & tools to help you grow in business; both personally and professionally.

Each location is carefully chosen to ensure your services are easily accessible and highly visible to your current and potential clients. We require a minimum one-year lease to foster a stable, consistent community and to prevent frequent turnover. This stability not only helps maintain a cohesive professional environment but also secures your business location, giving you peace of mind that you won’t need to relocate unexpectedly. For those interested in longer commitments, extended lease options are available upon request, providing even more security and continuity for your business. Additionally, we manage all building maintenance and repairs, freeing you from overhead operating expenses and allowing you to focus fully on your business.
